Mnemoloop 1.9 renders rich cards and cloze hints

Markdown now renders in every card type during review, cloze cards disclose hints on demand, and the retention chart separates observations from its trend.

Richer flashcards

Every card type now renders its Markdown during review. Lists, code blocks, tables, links, and emphasis work the way they do in a note, so a longer explanation or a structured answer no longer arrives as plain text.

Two supporting fixes matter here. The source field accepts multiline Markdown, and the parser preserves it instead of flattening it into one line. Rendering is also isolated between generations, so a card cannot show output left over from the one before it.

Better cloze review

Cloze cards now carry controls for revealing hints. You can uncover one hint at a time, and the reveal and hint state updates immediately, including on mobile. The answer hint is touch-friendly, so it stays usable on a phone.

A clearer retention chart

The retention chart draws each observation as a spot marker and adds a regression trend, instead of connecting every observed point. The chart is easier to scan and still shows both the data and its direction.

Smaller fixes

  • Rendered source content aligns correctly in review.
  • The review view exposes each flashcard's file path.
